Vicki Parliman

Victoria (Vicki) Marie Parliman unexpectedly passed in the early morning hours of November 1, 2026. She was 56 years old years old. Vicki has gifted an unmatched, undying legacy of love to her husband Alan and daughter Sara. Vicki was born in Yakima, WA to parents Bert and Carol Noel on September 6, 1970. Her brother Phillip came along two years later. The family then moved to Puyallup, WA when Vicki was in 3rd grade at Waller Road Elementary, then Aylen Junior High, and graduating from Puyallup High School in 1989, where she met her future husband Alan in her junior year. 

They married in 1992, and Vicki spent some time as a Credit Union Member Service Representative in those early years, but her dream career was to stay at home and raise and nurture a family. When daughter Sara came along in 1994, her dream came true through a twist of date in the years following. They shared a wonderful life together until her passing. 

Throughout her life, Vicki has many hobbies that she touched on. Camping, Gardening ("I want a stupid amount of flowers!"), music of all kinds, cooking was a favorite as well, but her love for her family and her faith were the enduring cornerstone of her life. She lived for her family, both immediate and extended. Her bright voice and beautiful face was always kind, caring, loving, and comforting, and will be missed by any that knew her. Saying "I love you!" was as natural as breathing for her. Meaning it was as well. 

She is gone too soon.
