Tracy was born on June 13, 1957, at Enumclaw Memorial Hospital. She was adopted by Hortense and Wayne Lupkes and raised in Auburn, Washington. Tracy grew up alongside her two younger brothers, Norman and Brian Lupkes. Norman, who was also adopted, passed away from complications of diabetes in the 1990s. She is survived by her brother, Brian. Tracy also had two biological siblings and six half-siblings.
When her boys were young, Tracy worked at Fred Meyer for at least ten years. She later continued her education and became a pharmacy technician. Tracy enjoyed camping, fishing, collecting jewelry, and getting all dolled up. She deeply loved her pets and treated them as her own children.
She also leaves behind many dear friends, including several lifelong friendships that began in grade school. Tracy was known as an incredibly caring, loyal, and dependable friend. If someone she loved was struggling or in trouble, she would be there without hesitation. She was the kind of person you wanted in your corner—ready to roll up her sleeves, find answers, and do everything she could to help.
Her beloved husband, Bill, passed away only a few days before her. Although their family is grieving the tremendous loss of them both, they find peace in believing that Tracy and Bill were reunited quickly and are together once again. Their love and the memories they created will continue to live on through their family and friends.
