Randy Walters

Randy Walters 78 of Puyallup, Washington passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of August 1, 2025, surrounded by the loving embrace of his family following a strong battle with acute myeloid leukemia.

Randy was born on May 25, 1947, in Boise, Idaho to Raymond A. and Delores A. Walters. Randy was joined in life by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Randy attended Borah High School before continuing his education at Boise State University.

During his 40+ career in retail, Randy’s career brought him to Puyallup, Washington where he met and married the love of his life, Susan. There, they brought together loving people to make a family. Randy enjoyed his time spent fishing, growing plants, attending to his greenhouse, being a proud member of Aerie 2308 and most of all, inspiring all who came into contact with him.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Delores and survived by his wife Susan, brothers Rick (Denise) and Rod (Gerri) as well as his sister Cindy (Mike). He is also survived his 4 children Rayna (David), Chris (Liz), Niki and Jana as well as 9 grandchildren (Crysta, Matthew, Trey, Cara, Austin, Tommy, Madison, Brooke and Hadley) and one great grandchild Riley. Randy is survived also by his BFF.

Randy will be missed and cherished by so many. His heart and infectious smile lives in all those who had the pleasure of meeting him.
