Pesega Fenunuivao Taumua

In Loving Memory of Pesega Fenunuivao Taumua July 14, 1954 – July 5, 2026

With grateful hearts for a life well lived and steadfast faith in the promises of God, we celebrate the life of our beloved mother, grandmother, and wife, Pesega Fenunuivao Taumua, who was born on July 14, 1954, in Fagasa, American Samoa, and entered the presence of her Savior on July 5, 2026, while residing in Puyallup, Washington.

Pesega was the beloved daughter of Fauese Feagai Logoleo and Ailoga Laumau Logoleo of Fitiuta, Manua. She was a devoted and loving wife to her husband, Naasona L. Taumua, with whom she built a Christ-centered home rooted in faith, love, and perseverance.

Together they were blessed with six children:

She leaves behind thirteen grandchildren, each of whom was deeply loved and faithfully prayed for:

She poured her life into her family with unwavering devotion, always placing the needs of others before her own. Whether through her gentle encouragement, wise counsel, or quiet acts of service, she made every member of her family feel cherished.

To her grandchildren, she was a caring grandmother whose love was constant and whose prayers covered them daily. To her children, she was more than a mother—she was a faithful example of God's love, strength, and grace.

Above all else, Pesega was a woman who loved the Lord with all her heart. She was the very first in our family to surrender her life to Jesus Christ in Honolulu, Hawaii at Pearl Harbor Samoan Assembly of God under the leadership of the late Reverend Tuafale and Eunike Nunu. Through her faithful witness, a legacy of faith was established that continues to impact generations within our family. Once she gave her life to the Lord, she never looked back. She remained steadfast in her walk with Christ, faithfully serving Him through every season of life.

She was truly a prayer warrior. Countless prayers were lifted from her lips on behalf of her family, her church, and all those she loved. She loved to worship and would always sing her heart out unto the Lord. Furthermore, she never missed an opportunity to gather with the family of God as she understood the importance of coming together to encourage one another until the day of the Lord. Her faith was not merely something she professed—it was something she faithfully lived.

Though our hearts ache with her absence, we rejoice knowing that she has received the reward promised to all who remain faithful. She has finished her race, kept the faith, and now rests in the glorious presence of her Lord and Savior.

Her life leaves behind a legacy that cannot be measured simply by years, but by the countless lives she touched through her love, prayers, faithfulness, and unwavering trust in God.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and joyfully remembered until the day we are reunited with her in the presence of the Lord.
